RETIREMENT OF PHIAC CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The PHIAC CEO, Mrs Gayle Ginnane, is starting pre-retirement leave with effect close of business 2 May 2008.

Paul Groenewegen, the current Deputy CEO, will act as CEO until an appointment is made and the new CEO commences duties.

An announcement on the appointment will be made as soon as possible.
